I have been trying to get a hold of customer service for several days I have sent multiple emails called only to find out that your phone service is unavailable waited in line for live chat 30 minutes as the 31st in queue only to find out when it was finally my turn that noone from chat was available I have sent 2 direct fb messages as well I received a shipment several days ago missing items half my order that I was charged for I would like for this to be resolved asap thanks.
